A few years ago, I lost one of my earrings in a parking lot. Thank goodness it was found but was crushed. I took it to Farrah, who performed miracles and now I have what I feel are a brand new pair of earrings! She also fixed a very intricate necklace of mine.

Farrah delivered the utmost amazing service, and helped us pull from our imaginations the rings of our dreams. With 4 custom rings (2 engagement and 2 wedding bands), Farrah was able to capture the uniqueness of our personalities and apply it to our rings. She included elements of both of my fiance's late parents' wedding rings, which we will forever be indebted for.
Our proposal took place in Vietnam, and these rings will always and forever remind us of those special days spent by the sea 🌊

So happy with the work this team did! My fiancé told me that they worked closely with him to create this beautiful custom engagement ring (elongated cushion centre stone with diamond detailing on the stone's setting, with a yellow gold band). Sarah worked with me after the engagement to discuss the ring's features, as well as information on the re-sizing process, ring check-in's, and complimentary cleaning. I have received so many compliments on this ring and couldn't be happier.

One of the stones fell off my ring (purchased from Etsy) literally within half an hour of me wearing it for the first time during my wedding so I was pretty devastated. I decided to bring it over to Farrah’s per the recommendation of a friend. You couldn’t tell there was ever a stone missing. It looks good as new! Staff are all super nice and accommodating. The store is beautiful. They even offer complementary ring cleanings 💕

Went in to see if by chance they could get my Christian Bauer ring resized. They said they could do it and not only that but continue the design of the ring, not just put a blank in, as another authorized jewlery shop said. The quote they gave me was even half the price of said authorized shop! I was skeptical but went ahead with it.

A few weeks go by and I received a phone call saying that the ring is ready.
