I’ve never shopped here but a security guard made offensive noises at my toddler just as we walked by, making fun of her. Some education on how to behave in public and how to treat people with respect may be needed for the employees here. I will never give them my business now after this man harassed my toddler!

I went today to shop a diamond ring. I met with representative named kusuma. She was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate her to find best Diamond ring for me.She helped us with a huge discount on diamond ring and nose pin. Thanks again to kusuma mam. ☺️

I am giving 5 stars to the manager of the store. She went above and beyond to help and me resolve everything. Big thank you to her.
But some of the other staff need to stop being so rude and fix their attitude.

It's months later and the ring is worn down, stones won't even sparkle anymore. Honestly feel like I got ripped off

I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought a gold chain here and it snapped off my neck just sitting on the couch after a month. They would not refund it and they are charging me to fix it. The snobbish lady was rude and snorting like a pig when I tried talking to her. Watch out for the cheap quality jewelry from this store.

The customer service is awful, which is surprising for a sales environment. While looking at rings I was asked no questions and just followed around, when I expressed "That's not what I was looking for" the sales representative said little back to show any care about me making a purchase. Usually you get turned towards other alternatives or an apology like "Sorry that's all we have", something along those lines. Instead she just stated the products price and that it wouldn't be able to get what I'm looking for for that price (twice). I never cared about the price to begin with so it was odd that she was emphasizing the price to me. Regards don't go here unless you want a good price on some jewelry and don't care about how employees treat you.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! SCAMMERS! THEY APPRAISE THEIR PRODUCTS SO HIGH AND PRICE IT FOR A LOWER PRICE WHICH IS STILL SO MUCH HIGHER THAN WHAT IT ACTUALLY COSTS! SO MANY FORUMS TALKING ABOUT HOW GRIFFIN IS A BIG SCAM! READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I WOULD PUT -1 STAR IF I CAN! YOURE WAY BETTER OFF BUYING FROM JAMES ALLEN!

Good prices, and Ontario based company that only sells Canadian made jewlery. Love to support them, would recommend to anyone.

The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. We once had an issue regarding a piece that we had bought and they quickly solved it for us.
