Very bad experience. Went there with my wife after book an appointment over the phone. They did not find our name on list . Spent 15/20 minutes on computer, called another person and said we don’t have any appointment. What I found there, they don’t like immigrant people. They actually work or judge people by color . They don’t judge people as a human being. So, if you’re not white don’t expect a good service from them . Very disappointed. Stay away 😬

Very bad experience, even the hair dresser was free it was an about hour to close still he denied to cut my hair, and he wasted my 2 hours to telling to wait, even he was free for 1 hours still he denied to cut my hair, and he gave me stupid reason that he has to clean everything at the end, man you can clean in 10 mins, it's not big deal. He was racist I think, he didn't treat me good as well. Very bad experience. I will not come there again if the same person will be there. I hope I can give zero start to him

Always friendly and wonderful staff working! Absolutely love the girl I normally see when I go to tan (all these years and I have never gotten her name, but she is super bubly and sweet!). The lat down 12 minute beds are amazing, witg lots of room. My regular hair dresser Tasha is now there too and she is amazing, always knows what to do with my crazy hair. Thry have a great selecti9n of hair care products and tanning products too. I love this place!

The receptionist is exceptionally friendly and sweet, very helpful and always makes you feel welcome. All the staff are lovely despite me not having had any services (yet!)

I booked my appointment last Thursday over the ph ..then I come to cut my hair on Saturday they said I don’t have your name ..
Are u serious bcz I have a program on Tuesday..
Soo disappointed & staff was not friendly

Excellent service! My picky son loves his hairdresser Rygel to take care of his long hair, he's careful to follow what he wants and does a great job, appointments with him are usually available soon too. They also make great gaming conversation during the visit and he treats him like a boss so all the thumbs up from me!
I only left a star out cause I wish my son would cut his hair short LOL

I like the privacy given and I like my esthetician, Emma. She does a good job of my waxing requirements. Her pedicures are very good and very relaxing. No complaints from this quarter.Prices are reasonable.
