Extremely impressed!
if you look at my history, I do not write many reviews. Someone must be exceptionally good for me to do this. I had a kidney transplant in 2012 and my wife was the donor, we entrusted Star-Set Jewelers in Arnprior to make a custom piece for us that means the world to us. We gave them nothing more the idea in our heads and they completely nailed the design. They came up with such a beautiful peace I must give them shout out. Everyone we talked to throughout this process or friendly kind understanding add professional. If you are looking for jewelry or custom jewelry, I highly recommend Star-Set!

Service: Ring resizing

My fiancé brought her engagement ring in to be resized. When she originally got the ring back it was still too big, even though her ring size was taken. She tried to get used to it, but the ring still felt too loose so we brought it back in. Not only did they apologize and rectify the issue, but they resized it again for free.

Went into the store. Wanted to have a repair done. Sales Associate was knowledgeable, professional, sociable, friendly, and informative. The Sales Associate checked my item to be repaired and informed me on what process was to be undertaken.
