I had found one of mom’s old ring that was probably passed down from my great grandmother. It was pretty beat up with three stones on it. The middle stone was still there but the other ones were gone. I stopped into spicer Cole and talked about it, so I left it with them and they worked on it. When it came back from the person who worked on it, Mr. Spicer Cole was not impressed with it at all so he sent it back to someone else and when it came back, I couldn’t believe it was the same ring lol.
I want to thank Spicer Cole and staff for doing an amazing job on it!

Took ring in for replacement of a small missing diamond. The expectation was replacement with a similar quality diamond to the diamonds on the rest of the ring. The ‘diamond’ supplied was a literal piece of garbage and has since chipped/cracked. Spicer not only wants to charge to replace the diamond but to ‘to check’ the other diamonds in the ring. I have no faith in the quality of sourced diamonds. There is genuinely no way I would ever trust the quality of service/products ever purchased here.

I brought my watch in yesterday to be repaired, after having had two really negative experiences with other Jewelers in the same day.

I met Wendy, who was great! She was polite and knowledgeable. She listened to the issues with my watch and was sympathetic. I did not feel spoken-down to, or belittled in anyway. She even asked to know about the watch and I told her that it had belong to my grandfather who had passed away, and that it had immense sentimental value to me.

I was assured that it would be fixed and given a realistic timeline.
I have confidence that SPICER will fix it.

I purchased a Tissot watch at the Spicer's Fredericton location however, took it to this store in McAllister for assistance with the strap. The young woman who assisted (apologies as I don't recall her name) was very helpful and resolved the matter at no cost. Quick, easy and friendly. Thank you.

I got my GUESS watch battery changed, week after the watch stopped functioning, sent it back in and they wanted to charge me to get it fixed even tho it was functioning before they handle it. They said it would cost up to 125$ to fix something they already messed up. Tried talking to the manager and calling them multiple times, took them a week and a half to call me back and still said i would have to pay to fix something they broke.
DO NOT GET YOUR WATCH BATTERY CHANGED HERE, DO NOT LET THEM DEAL WITH YOUR WATCH AT ALL

I went in to get a quote for a custom ring and told the rep what I wanted with specifics (carats, cut, etc.) right off the bat. I chose Spicer because I really wanted my ring to be from a local jeweler. I noticed she didn’t write any of the details down and quite frankly, doesn’t seem interested in what I had to say. Instead, she showed me rings in-store that she thought I might like (I knew that was coming and didn’t mind at all). She sized my finger, let me try on some rings and actually did take care of me. However, between all of that, I kept telling her I know what I want and made clear that I don’t want any other ring but she kept insisting on showing me pieces that she thought would “change my mind”. Finally, I decided to put my foot down and politely asked that we continue talking about the design that I want (a simple emerald cut stone on a plain band). Rep’s mood completely changed and seemed uninterested, still not writing the details down and handed me her card saying it might take a couple days to get back to me with a quote. It has been 3 weeks and still haven’t heard from her so I decided to get my ring elsewhere.
