Jerry was very nice and easy to talk too. However, I went in looking to get my promise ring sized. I was told that he would size it down a size and half and I wouldn't know it was even altered. He did say that he was unsure if it would affect how the stones where held in the band but it should not affect it and he knows what he was doing and it would be good as new. First, it took almost 2 weeks, when my boyfriend called the girl new nothing of it. Second, when my boyfriend picked it up they were rude. My ring is scratched all to heck and not even two weeks later my stones started falling out. I am now down to 3 stones and my band is basically holes. Thank you Parks Jewelers for ruining something very special to me. Now I am unable to wear it, where I do not want to risk the rest of the stones falling out. I do not recommend them and wish I never took my ring there in the first place.

Don't waste your time or money.

Had an engagement ring resized by Park Jewelry in June of 2018 because it was a little too small. When we received the ring back you could clearly see where the ring had been altered. Not only were there tooling marks on the ring, but you could see both sides of the piece that was put in the ring to make it bigger. When we asked about it we were told not to worry about it that "It would never break". Fast forward to October 2018 (Five Months Later) and the ring had broken in the exact spot that they had added the piece.

We went back to them and asked them to repair the ring since it clearly wasn't done right the first time. They agreed to repair it and took the ring in. When we received it back from them today, it looked as if a 4 year old had done the work. You can clearly see the lines where it was cut and reworked. More tooling marks as well as flat spots in the ring. It is far from round and symmetrical as it should be. Not only was the repair garbage, but they had the nerve to charge us for it.

They claim to have been in business for over 35 years. With work like that I can't imagine how. Local business complain they don't get the support, they should look at the quality of the product they produce.

Absolutely incredible experience with park jewellery! Dropped my ring off on a Tuesday to be resized, and picked it up the very next day! Their work is truly flawless, I have no clue where they added the piece into, but what I do know is how sparkly my ring is and how it finally fits like a glove! They were very knowledgeable, and I'm very grateful for the entire experience start to finish! Won't ever go anywhere else moving forward

I entrusted the most precious set of rings to this Jeweller for repair and enhancement. I was overwhelmed by how perfect the work was! The work exceeded my expectations and was much less expensive than the 2 other quotes I received when searching for “the right jeweller”. I highly recommend this family business to everyone!

This palace is right out of the 50s and not in a fun way. Has something in for a repair and it would have been faster if I had walked to to Switzerland and found a watchmaker my self. Staff has a very superior attitude for a little hole in the wall shop.

The niceness of the owners are deceiving to how poor the customer service is and the fact they can’t update their website to say they close at 4 instead of 5. Took over a month to get the ring and didn’t hear anything from them after calling numerous times, and Seconds after we got the ring a gem fell out. Also I have noticed that they managed to take the paint off of the ring and made it dark silver from working with it after saying that wouldn’t happen.
