Super service j’adore mon ensemble de bijoux Pandora, je le porte quotidiennement 💍!

Had bought a ring for my sister as a gift, when it was slightly too large we tried bringing it back for exchange and were told it looked “scratched” and nothing would be done for us. Considering the ring was only 3 days new to us (the receipt dated Nov.29th) and only left the box to be tried on, I believe the associate must have given us a scratched ring. I don’t believe this situation was handled properly whatsoever, and was shocked to have this type of negative experience at a jewelry store I normally am loyal to. Disappointed for sure 🙁

Got my promise ring from my boyfriend on Christmas 2023 went there 3 times because I had lost 2 diamonds and I had warrenty, we were also told when we bought it that we had warrenty on it if I were to ever lose a diamond, yet they still wouldn’t want to fix it because the ring was no longer a circle I brought the ring to a professional and he told me there was nothing wrong with the ring and it was very much still a circle now I have a ring with multiple diamonds that fell off and pandora didn’t want to do anything about it at the start!!! Worst service ever and I am very upset about this!!

I absolutely love this store. The service was amazing and girls were extremely professional. I buy all of my mother's charms there and each visit is just wonderful. The negative reviews on google are made by people who did not get what they wanted. There are policies in place just for this reason! Why should a company be responsible for something a customer broke or damaged. And it's just weird expecting an exchange or refund without a receipt, no proof of purchase. How do you expect a company to give you money for an item if you cannot prove that is where you bought it
The store is beautiful and always well displayed. Pandora at Champlain will always be my go to for gift giving!!!

I have mixed feelings about this place.

On one hand I like the brand itself and I would call myself a loyal customer.

On the other hand I don't feel comfortable coming to this location. The experience reminds me of a scene from Pretty woman movie where Julia Roberts is trying to buy something at a very expensive store.

I mean, this is not an expansive jewellery. Why would they behave as if selling Ferrari then? Does it really make customers feel welcomed and appreciated?

Erica was very helpful and accomodating. She gave suggestions that made us save money. She was all smiles eventhough they were about to close. She made us feel special. We were not supposed to purchase but we did because of her excellent customer service skills. Keep it up!
