I bought the ⌚️ on the right over 10 years ago still going strong, I was on my way to work one day and decided to stop in as I walk by every day I was looking for a silver dog tag for a silver chain, all the Jewellery stores wouldn't help me because I looked like a bum in my work pants, we'll this place helped me, explained everything i needed to know and for a small place has a great selection of sterling silver and can order or do whatever you need this is how I got the new watch on the left ,customer service is key.when my engraving is done on my dog tag I'll update this review to show the quality and work these great people can do it's worth the wait.ThankYou On Time Watch &Jewellery for hooking me up(review from a honest customer. ) Update on my purchase got my chain& pendent, its personal so it needs to be nice now my design is a little plane so time to dress it up.They will add that custom touch to make sure we all look good so Dimond here we come.end product coming soon in the meen time go pay theme a visit and let theme know what your looking for.

I have been here a couple of times and each time has been very pleasant. First, I brought in my broken watch and thankfully it was repaired. The repair was done quickly, the watch was cleaned and received a new battery, all for a very reasonable price. Second, I brought one of my father's watches that was missing the backing to the watch and it was repaired very quickly! Highly recommend.

Vraige (the owner), is an extremely knowledgeable man in his craft. Personally I've dabbled in jewelry and watches so I can hold my own in jewelry-related situations. Majority of jewellers I go to will have basic knowledge regarding watch and jewelry service and will usually outsource or do repairs outside of their store. As someone knowledgeable in jewelry it is a breath of fresh air to deal with a local business that knows what they are talking about! Nice store. Got my watch serviced. Overly good. They said they can order the Casio watches if they don’t have in stock, however when I ask for a model I was looking for they said we don’t order any watch without looking for it.

I gave a piece of jewelry for repair, when I took a look I wasn't satisfied, the owner got escalated quickly by saying"we only repaired it not made it completely here", hey it is your inefficiency to fix it properly. Not a pleasant transaction.
