I really like this location, it is never too busy when I go and there is a lot of stuff to look through.
The staff is nice but it seems like there is never really many people working so if you need help with something it can sometimes be challenging to find someone to talk to.
The bathrooms were pretty clean for St.John's standards when I went there.
It is expensive there, more than what Amazon can sell it for but that is a problem with Michael's in general and not so much the particular location, just be prepared to spend more to buy things here unless they go on sale.

I've been practicing with watercolors over this past year. I had a few paintings I was ready to discard because of mistakes I thought couldn't be fixed. I did some research and learned that there's a primer you can use to fix mistakes specifically for watercolor. I'm very shy when it comes to asking for help, but an employee name Brann, who was very friendly, came over and asked me if I needed any help. I explained what I was looking for, and they knew exactly what I was talking about. They recommended the Daniel Smith Watercolor Ground and they explained to me how to use it. When I came home, I tried it, and it did exactly what I wanted. I've been coming to Micheal's for years and usually have a good experience but this was one of the best experiences I had. Thank you 🙂

My latest experience at Michael's was really good. after getting help from a customer rep ro find what I was looking for and going to the register, the cashier informed me of the coupons available online and how to get the best ones. As a result of this I saved 40% on markers I needed, which I wouldn't have been able to purchase otherwise.
