From the very first moment I stepped into the studio, I knew I could trust Mike and Bev and all of their staff. They are like a close knit family.

When I arrived there, I was greeted by Rachel. She offered advice and helped me with putting together the design for my pendant. She was extremely helpful and I felt very confident with the whole process as we moved forward. I brought the design and the stone and they did everything they could to improve upon it and make sure it was going to be solid and secure. From beginning to end, I felt like everyone was involved in the process. When it was all said and done, it was the most impressive experience I’ve ever had… oh and did I mention that this was all completed during their busiest time of the year in less than two weeks (warp speed) as they knew I had an event I would like to wear it for.

I would highly recommend Metzger Studio. They are absolutely exceptional! Thank you so much for all of your help… I have really enjoyed dealing with all of you!

I brought in my Nana’s wedding rings and asked them to redesign them for my own! Bev was phenomenal! I showed her pictures of what I liked and she took it from there. She showed me an example they had in store that was similar to what I was looking for and walked me through everything they could do. In the end I got the ring that I had envisioned for a great price and am so happy they were able to make it out of the original gold and diamonds from the rings I brought in… and they did it all in only 5 weeks! The BEST place for custom jewellery, hands down!

We went to have our engagement/wedding bands custom designed, and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was! I'm a heavy equipment operator from Newfoundland, so we asked for our rings to be designed like tires, with a labradorite stone so I can always have a piece of home with me. Incredible is not the word. They are absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted!!!!

This team of professionals deserves special recognition for superb craftsmanship, artistic vision, and friendly customer service. I requested a custom piece of jewellery, with a few thoughts in mind but I was looking for ideas. Bev listened carefully, did research to follow up, and created several designs for me to choose from. With meticulous detail Metzger Studio created a simply beautiful piece, even more stunning than I had hoped for. The team of Bev, Mike and Heather deserves all of the 5 stars available here!
