I love this little watch repair shop!

They have gorgeous estate sale watches for sale, and they are excellent at repairing watches, adjusting bands etc.

I was just in the other day to get a new battery for my watch, and I saw a gorgeous vintage watch band for sale, they quickly and efficiently put the vintage band on my watch and didnt charge me for the labour!

The staff are VERY knowledgeable about watches and always friendly and helpful!

Brought in my grandfather's watch with a chipped crystal and a time accuracy issue for servicing. They were really able to instill a second life into this old watch in about 6 weeks. Highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely experience visiting This store. Went to get a a replacement band for an old watch. The service was excellent, the salesman was able to tell me quite a lot about my watch and they had a wide selection of watch straps to choose from.

Great watch purchase with Jonathan at Meticulous. Informative and pleasant to deal with. I was confident that I had purchased the right watch. Over two days. other staff members were also very helpful. There was a good selection of vintage watches and I feel that the purchase process could not have been better.

Jonathan and his team are incredible. They have great communication. Accurate quotes and information re. my particular job. Performed the job in the estimated time. Most importantly they did a fantastic work on my watch. I swapped the handset out and also had a kanji day wheel installed on my Seiko SRPE61.
I will most definitely be using their services again.

It's kind of exactly what you want a watch shop to be. Small and quaint, filled with new and vintage watches. The craftsman does the work at his desk right in front of you and the person I had was professional and just friendly enough. My watch battery was replaced and all four gauges reset within 5 minutes. Perfect.
