Don’t understand the neg reviews here. I was in the store on 3 separate occasions (couldn’t decide on a luggage set) and dealt with 3 different staff members. Very patient with my indecisiveness 🙂 Finally settled on the Briggs and Riley collection and it’s the best travel set I’ve ever owned. Very satisfied with my purchase, the service, and overall experience. You don’t get that personal service with online hunting or big retail. And for the haters- the receipt clearly states the return policy 🤔

Imagine this, you read all these reviews before setting off to the store in an attempt at returning a gift. Dread sets in, confidence fades. You get to the store and return the gift for store credit, no hassle. WOW not bad. They don't offer refunds, they're not speaking from a script or trying to be your friend, they're just running their business, please don't take it personally.

Old lady was very rude, she was only nice when doing the sale, she never mentioned about no refund and I didn’t ask to as I don’t really have a plan of returning what I bought it’s just that my mom also got me one so I have to return it, and when I ask the lady she can’t even say it to me nicely, she was shouting “no refund” like seriously? I was asking you nicely as you didn’t mention it to me and I only got it the other day not even 24hours, and not even on sale I got it for a regular price $190 for a backpack and this is how you treat customers? What a worst customer service, I’m not surprised there’s a lot of bad reviews in here, I would never recommend or comeback to this store ever again.

Reading the reviews of the ‘rude lady’ I can attest to that. Horrible customer service and belittling and condescending to customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere. But please go see for yourself. Never met anyone in retail sales to be so rude!

Woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, I asked to speak to a manager and she denied that one worked there. When I asked when they would be in or for their name, she said she didnt know. How do you work at a store and not know your managers name? So incompetent.

Beautiful store if you're looking for bags, wallets, many leather goods. The lady I found there was extra helpful and nice. The prices are good too
