My (now) fiancé and I began the process of looking for rings early in January of this year.
We were learning on the go and visited a
couple of jewellers in Toronto as we were making our decision. Of everyone we spoke to, Larissa and Kimberfire seemed to be the perfect fit.

From the very first call we had, Larissa was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She was transparent with us about pricing and process and built trust with us quickly! We felt immediately comfortable and confident in her guiding us through this journey.

When it came to designing the ring itself, Larissa was so helpful in providing her perspective on feasibility of design while maintaining the quality/strength of the ring (I.e- don’t make the band tooo thin etc).

She understood and executed our vision so perfectly and I am so in awe of the ring we received. I could not have asked for a better person to work with! Larissa also helped procure the *best* diamond within our budget. In fact, we got our dream ring for less than we had anticipated.

Excellent work across the board. The service from start to finish was amazing. From hopping on a call with Borguesse and her breaking down things thoroughly and simply - especially useful for novices in the jewelry space. Hopped on multiple calls and remained patient and gave amazing service and advice.
