Services are amazing! I drive total 7 hours back and forth from Toronto to deal with Anthony. However, the trip always seem short. Why? Each time I will bring a few friends with me. We will be chatting about our jewelry or watch wish list on our way there and chat about our victories on our way back! Our trip never gets bored with the surprises we get every time. Anthony’s father just helped my friend to picked out the perfect stone for the engagement ring. They are super knowledgeable from diamonds to watches. I highly recommend and will continue to shop with them!

Being born and raised in Windsor, I have always known through reputation that Joseph Anthony was the place to visit when ready to purchase a luxury Timepiece. I must say, as a first time customer their customer service far exceeded my expectations and I’ll be first to admit I always set the bar high…Jason warmly welcomed me and took a lot of time discussing different brands and options, really listening to what I was looking for. After some consideration we narrowed down a couple options and I ended up with exactly what I was looking for overall. While Jason personally fitted the bracelet on my new watch, I was offered refreshments while all of the other staff were extremely courteous and welcoming. I feel it’s safe to say after my first experience at Joseph Anthony I will be a lifetime customer... As a side note, even though they are currently undergoing renovations, creating what I can already tell are gorgeous new displays for each brand, the store was noise free and kept very clean.

Absolutely unreal experience and it all started with calling Jason with some questions I had about a particular watch. Jason was 100% professional over the phone and as I walked in to the store (which is beautiful by the way), I was greeted by three different people. Jason was busy with other clients selling a Rolex. I was there to pick up an omega seamaster , yet Jason took the time to come and say hello and make sure I was okay. There was a really nice lady that came up to me and let me know that Jason was busy for a few minutes and that she was able to help me until he was free. During that time I met the owner and the owner's wife and I'm pretty sure the girl that created me was the daughter. They sent me down at the Omega table and made sure I had some nice cold water while I waited. I browsed around basically only a quarter of the store and found a Rolex that I truly am going to look forward to purchasing one day. Jason was kind enough to let me try on as many watches as I wanted under the Rolex line. All in all it was one of the best experiences I have ever had at any store period...hands down. I'm in sales and I must say that we can truly learn a lot about customer service from the store as well as from the staff that work there. TOP NOTCH!

I got a Longine Legend Diver Watch for my graduation. The watch was beautiful, and I thank Joseph-Anthony for being able to find a watch like this. The watch was also in a perfect condition, and the presentation was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place if you want good watches other places can’t give you.

I went to this store today to buy a gift . Antony ( Manager ) was very disrespectful

I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. From the moment I walked in, Antony was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. He laughed at me when I asked him if any sake today !
I was completely shocked with his attitude and when I finally approached a Antony for assistance, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of willingness to help. It was clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service.

It’s hard to believe they care about the customer experience at all. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I will definitely not be returning. I would not recommend this store to anyone. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and treat them with respect.
