A friend highly recommends Inglis for me to get my watch checked and to replace battery. He said he only trust here and been coming here for a long time. Sure enough, the staff were not only friendly but very professional and full of knowledge.

Great price for great speedy service. Learned a lot about watch today. Also the parking is much better here.

My rings were supposed to be redip and look new however that was not the case ,, they told yes it can be rhodium dip with in an hour ,, and so I got them to do it and this is the finishing of my rings looking new,, got a nice indent inside my band that was not there before ,, never again ,, if this professional they lack here on that

In terms of buying my bracelet, it was great, a nice gentleman helped me pick what was right for me.

Edit: I did run into a problem with repairing this bracelet shortly after buying it, but the customer service was very helpful and resolved my issue promptly.

We got engaged on vacation in February and immediately went ring shopping the day we came back. The first place we went to was Inglis. When we entered the store, we were greeted by Ade, who was extremely helpful in picking out ring options that matched the style I wanted and fit our budget. The very first ring I tried on was the one I knew I wanted to buy. We wanted to do our due diligence and check out other stores first so we left. None of the other stores had quite what I was looking for and their prices seemed marked up (the stores in the mall specifically). My fiance and I went back and bought the ring that I wanted.

I needed to get it sized down but I was worried dropping down from size 7 to 6 would be too tight. I sized it down to 6.5, and then brought it in again a few weeks later to size it down to 6.25. It now fits perfectly.

Last week I dropped off my rings for their cleaning & check-up. Ade once again greeted me and was very cheerful and helpful. The rings were ready to be picked up the next day. They are once again as beautiful & shiny as the day we bought them.

If you are looking for great service, go here. My parents (and my fiance's parents) both recommended that we go here first to check out rings and I'm glad we did.

Do not take your rings here to be sized!! I will not be taking any repairs here at all but my experience this week was estimates for ring sizing.
They are ridiculously priced, they said they price according to how many stones are in the ring, that is NOT how ring sizing is supposed to be priced. I worked for years at a jewellry store with an in house jeweller, the stones have nothing to do with how its priced.
Then when the jeweller mistakenly started doing the sizing on one of my rings, which was their fault, he put it back the way it was but left clear cuts on the inside of the band and a nick out of the side visible to the eye. That ring should have come back to me in the same condition as when I dropped it off for the estimate.
Instead now I'm going to have to replace a piece of the band to fix what he did. However, replacing the piece and sizing it is still going to be cheaper than what he quoted me to just size it.
The staff was very friendly but I won't go here again.
Itacast in Moncton was much more reasonably priced and they will give you pricing right away.

My husband brought a pendent in to have the ring closed. Would be a small job by sodering the small ring closed .We waited over two weeks to have it done and it cost $33.00.That will be the last time in that store. We spend a lot of money in that store. Because being local. But never again. We will spread the word.

I went into the store to see if they could put a new 6mm pin (so not very big at all) in my medic alert bracelet. The store is near me so it's convenient to stop into and I had great service at the store in the past (cost me .25 cents to have this done previously). While I was there I asked if they had a goldsmith on the premises who could do custom work (this should have been a clue/heads up that there was a good possibility of repeat business). It took about 5 minutes for the clerk to put a new pin in my bracelet. I asked how much I owed and it came to $17.25! That seems crazy! I know we're experiencing inflation everywhere but seriously $17 more than a year ago! So for something that cost the store pennies, they've now lost hundreds of dollars in new business that I'll be taking elsewhere.

This place was awesome and comparable priced before , the prices were good and very reasonable until the manager left ( in riverview )
But if other jewlery store 5 minutes away is selling the exact same weight of gold for exactly half the price or even more of a weight of 10k gold I just don’t think adding up 100 -.200 a gram for 10k gold is fair at all no matter what. The workers are great either way but I can’t buy any jewelry there again due to very high prices. Great workers Thanks for the past and good luck with your future business
