Awesome staff and team, James is always willing to help out

I’m a person who doesn’t like to write negative reviews. But today I feel that, as a customer, I have to say something about service. I have been to Honeycomb health food store a few times, and every time I leave the store feeling very annoyed by the manner in which the people working in the store serve the costumers. Today, I came in looking for s specific product. There are many products on the shelves. I could not find it. The clerk and another lady were chitchatting in whisper voices, after I came in. I was in the store for quite sometime, I attempted to make contact with the clerk to signal, I need help. The conversation between the clerk and the lady was way more interesting than the possibility to make a sale, I suppose, because it took another few minutes for me to get the clerk’s acknowledgment that I needed help. Finally, I decided to move closer to the two people, than the clerk asked, » did you find something? » I answered, « No, I didn’t! That’s way I’m standing here waiting to be served. » I was helped and I did spend quite a few dollars there, but I regret it. I find the whole situation regrettable. I think gossiping while a costumer is waiting is an insult and very rude. This business lost me as a costumer and as such I do not
recommend this place to anyone who appreciates good costumer service.

Customer service was very bad, the person ringing me through didn’t even say one word to me… very odd experience. Seems like you have to be a regular for them to talk to you.

They are very knowledgeable about natural remedies. Personally, I go to them about Health issues before I even consider going to the Doctor. They are very proactive about finding a solution for any issue. So lucky to have a place like this to go to! Highly recommend to every-one.

Was hoping to find many health products including gluten free, vitamins or oils. I am proactive for my health, but not at expense of others. Disappointed not following provincial health guidelines, no masks by staff or customers. Walked out

If they want to ban books then I’m assuming they’re not open minded enough to discuss opposing concerns
