Kelsey did an exemplary job at designing my Partner's ring! She gave us many options to choose from and was very pleasant to deal with! She is very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and never made us feel like we were a nuisance as we needed to have the ring resized twice through no fault of their own. John was also friendly and nice to deal with. All of their employees are very friendly and helpful as well! I can't say enough good things about them however, Herbin Jewellers has won yet another life long customer!

What a beautiful shop! We stopped in to get a locket repaired and were pleasantly surprised that the turn around time was half the time we were quoted at other big box shops. While there, we decided to get a new chain to go with the locket. The salesperson, Sherrie, was super helpful and informative. She gave several different options and was very personable. I can't recommend Herbin Jewellers enough. So nice to be able to support a local shop!

I can’t recommend Herbin’s more! Me and my fiancé really wanted to design our ring using family stones. And Kelsey accommodated all our ideas, answered all questions, and even anticipated ones we had not asked. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Incredibly helpful and personable staff. Purchased my grad ring for Acadia from here and they offer free resizing and adjustments! My ring was bent pretty significantly and needed to be sized down, took about 2 weeks and was zero charge.

I also purchased my partners engagement ring here. They spent months working with us to get an exclusive design that was out of stock available. We went in a handful of times to make arrangements and everyone was extremely helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about Herbin Jewellers. My fiancé and started at Herbin when we were engagement ring shopping because we liked the thought of shopping local and had heard good things about Herbin. To start, their selection was excellent. I didn’t want a traditional engagement ring, and was pleasantly surprised to see they had a range of less traditional options in addition to more conventional rings. The sales consultant who helped us, Margaret, was phenomenal from day one — showing us multiple options that met our wish list yet stayed within budget. She worked with us both in person and over email to ensure we were happy with the ring setting and stones, and went the extra mile in sourcing multiple options across our budget so we could make an informed decision.

When it came to buying the ring, Herbin was amazing in providing payment options and even giving us a lovely personalized gift. They made the whole experience feel exciting and memorable.

For wedding band shopping, Margaret worked with us again to get the best rings for us within our budget. Although Herbin wasn’t able to source the silicone band that my fiancé will require for work, Margaret did research into external vendors on our behalf and provided multiple options.

I wanted to buy a necklace that I saw on a website from a company based in Montreal. I saw that Fireworks Gallery in Halifax carried this product line, so I called them to see what they had in stock. The woman I spoke with said to send her an email and she would let me know what they had in the Anne-Marie Chagnon collection. I never heard back from Fireworks.

I wanted to purchase from a local store, so after looking around, I discovered that Herbin’s in Wolfville carries this designers work. I emailed Herbin’s and John got back to me right away. I ordered the necklace I wanted from Herbin’s and I was absolutely delighted with how I was treated. John had even offered to drop it off to me the next time he was in the city. Talk about great customer service! Anyway, Sherri called me as soon as the store received my necklace. She was great, too.

We drove to Wolfville a few days later and were warmly welcomed into the store. I had lost an earring back to one of my favorite pair of earrings and I asked John if he could help. Sure enough, he came through again. Not only was the back a perfect match, but he gave it to me for free.

While I was waiting, I saw another Anne-Marie Chagnon necklace in the store and after asking permission to try it on, I just had to have it!

My husband had questions about some old family jewelry he has and Peter was happy to help him with his inquiries. He even offered to look at the pieces for my husband.

Needless to say, we were both very impressed with the level of customer service, attention to detail and the business savvy that the people in this store have. Thank you all and a huge thank you to John!
