My Engagement ring was damaged to the point of no fix. I brought it in to see what I could do. I had dealt with Emily the manager and I couldn’t have had a better experience with something so important to me like my ring. Unfortunately my ring was not fixable but I was able to get another one that is more perfect for me then ever. Amazing experience here! Suhani was wonderful. Carolynn helped entertain the kids with coloring while I browsed. Bought an engagement ring here. Staff were very friendly. Price was good for what I received. My new spouse LOVES her ring.
Came back in with my younger son, the younger lady let him go behind and look at the necklaces. He was there for 20 minutes asking all sorts of questions. I’ll be back for other jewelry. Great service and no issues.
