I've have always had an awful experience at Griffin's. There prices are outrageous, then they always always have a 70% off sale that brings their prices down to still higher than better quality compatible products at competitors. I went in one time and overheard a sales person saying they clean their jewelery with Mr Clean Today I went in, there were three sales people and not a single other customer in the store. They were friendly enough, but when I told them what I was looking for, I was led to a case thatdidnt have anything like I described. I asked for simple gold bands and was led to an engagement ring case. Then before I could ask any questions the sales person walked away. This was Griffin's last chance, and I won't be returning

First of all I’d like to say I got gifted a bracelet for my birthday and it broke after ONE day so that goes to show the quality of the jewelry, I have also heard of other customers bringing back broken jewelry while I was in the store.

THEN I bought my mom a locket for Christmas but the chain wasn’t long enough so I asked for a longer chain and the girl who sold it to me said the one I chose would fit the locket well she was LYING their workers are LIARS and want to sell stuff just to make a sale out of you! It did not fit but I am only now finding out after Christmas!

So after that I brought it in to see what they will do and the girl told me she would look online and order in a few chains but if one of them fit then she would refund me for the original chain I bought…well that was a lie too she couldn’t find any chains to order for me but then she says she never told me she would refund the chain so her manager comes over… well the manager is extremely childish and tells me none of her employees would lie or say anything about the chain fitting the locket in the first place and argued with me about that but she wasn’t there for the conversation so I’m not sure how she would know what was said to me!

DO NOT BUY FROM GRIFFIN JEWERLY FREDERICTON !!!!!!

If you want to be deceived and spend your money for jewelry which is not jewelry it's a good place. Otherwise, if you want to buy true jewelry then go to another store

i’ve never written a review before but this was so wild to me i’ve never had jewelry in my life do this. i was so excited ive never spent a lot of money on a necklace before and i trusted them and i bought a necklace worth $700 and after a week the clasp broke. i brought it in i get it things happen but i was a bit confused how it broke so easily. after a bit over a month it got fixed and i got it back i wore it for a day and the same thing happened it broke again. i didnt do anything different or abnormal while wearing this necklace. i looked at it closely and the material is fake and so cheap it easily breaks it’s not strong at all and the pieces of the necklace fall off. it also makes me very itchy which happens with fake cheap jewelry. anyways so disappointed and the manager was no help with this situation just rude about it:/ please just save your money and if you want to spend your money on nice jewelry go somewheres else
