I am sorry to say that GE Appliances is quite possibly the worst organization I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. 2 defective Cafe refrigerators with dozens of calls for follow up and status updates. Consumer Relations at GE Appliances is a misnomer, consumer retribution might be more appropriate. They are the least helpful, most antagonistic people I've ever worked with in a consumer facing position. Kevin Nolan- CEO please read the lengthy service history on these defective machines and the defective relations team. You need to take action NOW.

I’ve had my new GE Electric stove about a year. I love to cook but the Sensi-temp technology is changing my mind. It has take all my control away to be able to maintain cooking temperature the way I want to. If I could I’d take it back!

Bought a new combo washer/dryer. Immediately didn't work properly. After weeks of waiting they changed out the heat pump and machine still didn't work properly. Now going on over 2 months and 2 service call no shows problem still isn't fixes.

Our experiences with new GE appliances has been less than acceptable.
We purchased a new refrig, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer in March 2020

The GE dishwasher was replaces in late 2021, because none of the numerous technicians could resolve the _____ issues

The bottom freeze drawer was replaced in late 2021 and the ice maker was replaced in 2022.

The GE washer, model # GFW850SPN4RS, the sapphire blue 5.0 capacity has been the worse appliance we have ever owned. The initial purchased was replaced with 2 weeks because it vibrated so violent, that it almost came of the platform. The replacement unit lasted about 7 months before all the service calls started. I understand this was at the time of COVID, but getting parts and service was a nightmare. The warranty had expired and to fix the defected unit was going to cost at a minimum $700. I called Customer Service and they did offer to sell me a new unit for $650. So, I did, but I did request an extra year of warranty which thank goodness, I received.

This washer has lasted longer than the other two, but after having it only 15 months, the pump started while the door was open and none of the controls worked. So I unplugged it and call GE Customer service. This was on July 22, 2024. It is now Aug. 29, 2024 and still I have no washers. The service company, Factory Warranty have schedule appointments when they knew they did not have parts.
And the support from GE Appliance , well, it has been absolutely unacceptable. I was told that it perhaps was my bad luck that I was having all these issues.

I will never buy GE appliances again and have told all my family and friends to boycott GE.

GE Appliance Leadership Team - you no longer have the quality products that we, the consumers can count on. And manufacturing appliances that only last for a few years should go against your corporate ethics and integrity. But I guess only thing you truly hold dear is the almighty dollar.

I bought all new appliances from GE refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, and dryer in 2021. Today my refrigerator has been deemed unrepairable. They won’t replace it and want me to buy another one at a discounted price. This company needs to go out of business NOW!!!!!!!!!!! I will never buy nothing else from GE, EVER!!!!!!!!!

Power surge caused GE refrigerator control panel to stop responding. Called GE Appliance Repair and was scheduled for the next day. Called to ensure we were still scheduled as the service tracker showed that the assignment was in progress. Learned that we were still on the schedule and the tech would be there in the next few hours. Learned an hour later that the GE tech office closed for the weekend and the next day for our schedule would be next Wednesday (5 days later).

Ge Appliance does not CARE FOR EMPLOYEES. The will try to use loopholes to get away with firing and not paying employees for months at a time my wife has not been paid in 2 months and she is in short term disability and trying firing her saying they did not know she was on leave but she has been on it for months so like my situation I got fired for supposedly stopping a line for 1hour 35 minutes on a day I was off on approved personal time at the hospital with my wife for a miscarriage and they said oh since had a write up ur terminated over the phone 30 mins from ne walking in for my shift. All of this they did is illegal. On top of that I'm an OSHA card holder and can confirm that place is unsafe to work in not just safety issues but the fact that any complaints on safety to them results in getting fired.
