I first met Igor about 17 years ago when I had him make a family ring for my wife. Since that time unfortunately my wife lost one of the stones in the ring. I took it back to Igor in February for him to replace the stone, so I could surprise my wife on her birthday. Not only did he do an exemplary job, but he did it for free! Even when I insisted on paying he adamantly would not accept any money! Amazing service, I will be back!

Igor's work is amazing! I brought jewelry that was given to me recently of my grandmother's when she passed back in 2002. The set not being worn since. The gold was quite in bad condition, had no shine and looked almost brassy in tone. Well, Igor shine these beautiful items back to it's glory self! In 2 days! Such a friendly man! Has beautiful pieces inside too, ended up getting a chain for the pendant in the set that was missing, which he adjusted in my size preference. He also fixed the earring alignment clamp? part that I didn't notify him of. Definitely the best place to get jewelry re-polished and fixed! Attached a poor before photo 😅 and then finished polished one! I never want to take them off!

These reviews don’t lie. Igor is as amazing of a human as he is a goldsmith. I bought my fiancée’s engagement ring from him and it is absolutely stellar. From one reference picture he walked me through the process of building the ring and ordered multiple diamonds so I could choose my favourite ones. He even called me before he sent any update pictures just in case my girlfriend was looking at my phone so that the surprise didn’t get ruined. A few months after the engagement we noticed one of the tinnnny diamonds fell off the ring (we think we hit the ring off something hard which broke the tiny claw). One visit to Igor and within a few weeks we had a BRAND NEW ring with the exact diamonds free of charge. He didn’t try and cut corners by welding a new claw back on, he made a brand new mould. He stands by his lifetime warranty with a smile on his face. Do yourself a favour and go see Igor for any jewellery you need.
