Terrible service from the owner! Myself and my mom went there yesterday to get a wallet and get it engraved, they pulled out a wallet for 75$ my mom asked if there are any cheaper wallets (that wallet was lovely so we’re not discriminating the price just seeing if anything would cost less) and then he slapped a cheaper one down on the counter in my moms face, pointing at his employees saying how he needs to pay them 60$ and his shop which is 1100$ a month. My mom said that we will shop somewhere else and looked away mumbling.
Terrible experience, his employees were friendly though.
We ended up shopping locally with much friendlier service, I wouldn’t recommend this place 👎🏼

I went to get a yeti mug engraved. It cost $51 (felt like way too much). I was told that it would be done by the end of the day. Upon leaving I was dwelling on the cost and decided it was too expensive. I went back within a half hour in hopes of catching them before they started.

They had put the mug in the machine, but it was not started yet so, I felt I had time. I had asked of I could get a refund as I decided against my original decision. My question was directed to and older man which I assume was the owner. I explained that I would like a refund to this man and he began to raise his voice to me and get argumentative stating there are no refunds, it says so on the receipt, they were too far and he's gotta worry about paying his employees. I told him to lower his voice and that I was not looking to argue with him.

He mentioned that he could give me store credit but, no refunds because its on the receipt and "its the law, go find it". I told him I didn't want store credit because I didn't want any of their items.

I had an unenjoyable experience with this man. I did not feel that my request was too much. I hope that in the future he can learn to be more respectful towards others.

If you dont mind the price, the product was what I originally asked for. This post is more about my regretted decision and poor customer experience. Should have went with my gut. Lesson learned.

Incredibly rude with overpriced low quality items. The older man was rude to myself, my daughter, and the staff at the kiosk. He slapped a wallet down on the counter very hard in front of me and my daughter while yelling about his expenses. Do not recommend.

Absolutely horrible printing job. Asked for a refund and was told absolutely not. Owner states “I don’t care about the quality”. If that doesn’t sum up what you can expect from this business owner, then I don’t know what will. The sad part is that his customer service is worse than his printing. If you want to throw your money down the drain, visit this vendor. Please don’t keep these types of people in business as It casts a dark shadow on the business community.

Do not recommend. Had three similar engravings completed. The third was so bad that it ruined the item that was being engraved. I was told I still needed to pay for it, even though it was no longer of use to me. Also price was more than was originally quoted on phone even though scope was less than originally discussed on phone. Really poor customer service. They are obviously in it to take you for every penny they can.

Waited forever for this item. Contacted about delayed shipping, no reply.
Arrived NOT engraved!! Could have purchased this locally and had it in time for the birthday, but ordered from engraved on because I wanted it engraved on the engraving plate. So so so upset.

Extremely poor customer service from the owner; we have an item that was glass and never taken out of the box that split cleanly on the engraving. Although I am not an expert in this field all signs point to the engraving in the glass causing the glass to break. We do not want our money back we simply just wanted to replace the glass and move on. The owner was not interested in working with us to do this or even reach out to the manufacturer of the product to see if we could get a replacement. It’s rather upsetting when you want to support the business and when you come in to rectify a problem that the owner makes you feel like you’re in the wrong and it’s just too bad go buy another one. Mistakes and stuff like this can happen and we are very understanding, it’s how the company decided to handle this situation that is less than satisfactory.
