I've been to this shop many times. I've purchased and pawned items. The staff has always been amazing to me. Kind, not judgemental, and always respectful. I can't recommend them enough. Everyone has hard times and they have been so very helpful and patient. Thanks again guys!

I went in looking for Skyrim on Xbox and I was pleased to see that they had it. When I took it home the disc didn’t work. No problem I’ll just take it back and return it. Only to find they won’t even do a refund on defective software and only offer store credit, and I didn’t want anything else in the store. The employee called the manager, and I requested to speak with the manager, and he refused to speak to me. Selling defective software and then refusing a refund is criminal, and then the manager wouldn’t even have the respect to speak to me directly.

Highly not recommend this since they start very rudely and hang up on me I'm try rid some things but they ignore me. I'm plan to complain this to owner of store manager. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AGAIN I WILL NEVER GOING THIS STORE WITHIN MY RESPECTFUL MY DEAF SO YOU NEED TO FIX AND START SHOW RESPECT! OR SHOULD FIRED STAFF They declined what I'm try sell!
