David & Dante were so professional and kind when helping me through the tough process of having my rings cut off for a surgical procedure. I’ve bought my engagement at DC Taylor 6 years ago and we’ve always came back for purchases.

I was helped by Kat. She was great! I had my 10 year anniversary coming up in days. Kat was able to order me what I wanted and had it shipped from Vancouver to her store in just 2 days. I inturn brought my partner in to pick out a ring from the same collection. Taylor helped us that day she was very helpful in helping to nearrow down my partners picks. It's ordered, but this time I'm told 2 to 3 weeks. Guess you can't be lucky enough all the time. I will add photos once the right arrives!
