Nice clothes but surprisingly poor service.

I bought a coat here Thursday, took it home and trimmed off the tags. On Saturday I pulled it out of my closet, only to realize I'd bought the wrong size (XL instead of L). I brought it back to the store to exchange it for the right size, and the store's sales manager flat-out refused to do so.

The tags did say "no returns if removed," so they were within their rights to tell me to kick rocks. But when I shop at a luxury brand I expect a certain amount of flexibility and customer focus, and here it was completely absent.

Now when I wear my Danier coat I feel dissatisfied, because I could have had something better, instead of feeling happy that I splurged on something nice. I won't be shopping here again.

Went into this store last minute looking for a leather jacket for my fathers birthday. They have a very large selection of stylish pieces, at relatively reasonable prices (for the quality surely). The representative who helped me found exactly what I was looking for, and just my luck it was on sale. I had to come back the following week as I needed 1 size up and was able to easily find that and get it at the same price. Recommend this play for the customer service and selection of nice jackets (and I saw they have purses and other leather garments!).

The man who works here is FANTASTIC! So welcoming, friendly and warm. So authentic of a human and knew exactly what I was looking for in my mind and knew what kind of fit to put me in. Fastest jacket shopping experience I’ve ever had and I am MORE than pleased with my purchase!!! Loved everything about this experience from the moment I walked in to the second I walked out!!!

Nice quality leather goods. Absolutely terrible service!! The sales rep did not help to hold the coat for me to wear & when I asked to fix the fur on mthe hood for me to see how it looks , this was his response " it's too hard to put it together & takes a long time"!!!
