My bosses father lives in this complex and from what he told me about what happened to him last night I am appalled by the neglect and lack of effort made to ensure his safety. He is elderly and when he arrived home he was told the elevators were both out of service without notice. He was kindly offered the guest sweet which is on the ground floor for the night. That's all well and good but the superintendent did not offer to retrieve any of the items he may need from his unit. ie" medication, clothes, etc. He awoke at 3 am and because he was in a strange environment, he fell and was unable to call for help as his panic button was in his unit. He was found several hours later with hypothermia and had relived himself on the floor. This is heart-wrenching for me to hear as I can relate to elevators being out of service and just how frustrating that can be as a person who uses a wheelchair daily to get around. There should be notice if both elevators are going to be out of service for any length of time and for safety reasons there should only ever be one out of service at a time.

Nice condos in the heart of Dartmouth, close to shopping (Mic Mac Mall), bus routes and a beautiful lake. A well maintained property to be sure.
