Extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality of work on resizing of my silver wedding set. My set had a satin finish, when returned after resizing they were extremely high finish. After voicing my discontent, the salesperson laughed and stated “I just thought they were dirty.” The join in my engagement ring is very visible, irregular contour of the ring itself, has obvious tarnishing (which was not present before), and NOW TURNS MY FINGER GREEN! The staff were very snobbish, unapologetic, and do not care that they have ruined a cherished piece of jewelry. Definitely would not recommend to anyone for any service based on this experience.

Was in store with my fiancé shopping for a silver chain, when we walked in the lady there was talking to a older couple with a little girl, the lady working there asked if we needed help and I said I wanted to look at the chains, so over she came and I asked if I could see them and she was a little huffy, I asked her a few questions about the chains she wasn’t all that knowledgeable IMO. She then walks off with a chain I was asking about back to the couple and little girl and continues her convo like we didn’t exist, didn’t say a word just left us there like idiots. We walked out and I went elsewhere. Horrible customer service, but it worked out well as I got a good deal elsewhere

Alteen's is a wonderful local jeweler! They have a great selection. They also have a friendly staff. We also regularly return for jewelry cleaning. I would recommend checking them out if you're in the market for jewelry.

This is where my mom and dad got their engagement rings and wedding rings and also where I got our engagement ring and where were getting our wedding rings from and they never fall apart 🙂
