I recently bought a General Electric washing machine Model: GTW465ASN3WW and it’s a LEMON -don’t buy one! It’s still under manufacturers warranty and it’s taken 3 months and 3 different service calls to get them to replace it, because it can’t be fixed! I won’t be buying any GE products for the rest of my life and I’m telling others. The only saving Grace about this company/product is the two women that helped me, Nigeria and Lisa. They understood I can’t leave my 88 year old mom who has dementia to go to a laundry mat for 3 hours every week. These ladies deserve a raise and a pat on the back for doing a good job.

Beautiful building that has multiple entrances including an easy one right from the food hall at the base of the building.

Staff at reception in the lobby are very helpful and the building itself is a gem... both inside and out.

Surge Protector almost burnt down my house. I literally made it home from work and smelled smoke. Went to the location and saw the room full of smoke and the surge protector ON FIRE. Was able to disconnect from main power and extinguish the device in time before me, my pets, or family were seriously hurt or dead. Will be filing a lawsuit. This product is model S9P830P6D1.

Beautiful building I wonder if they have appliances in that building from Ge? I have a range to give them if they want it’s a week old and doesn’t work it became inoperable after 2 days? Customer relations said under no circumstances will they replace the range only fix it, the so called Ge technician asked me for a manual cuz he wasn’t versed on the range it was too new? He ordered a part but no timeline! I’m without an oven so far7 days who knows how long. But Ge cares Still no calls no emails of any resolve just empty gestures! Buyer Beware Ge products are really bad and customer service is worse. Do yourself a favor research before you buy. Ge isnt even on the best 10 list.shamefull!!! Buyers remorse and expensive mistake. Ge does not care trust me!
